After being diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma in 1998 I sought out a wide range of mind-body interventions and alternative medicine modalities to help with the unpleasant side effects that chemotherapy has on the body. After finding yoga and meditation during my treatment i was determined to find and study more modes of alternative therapies so that I can help, not only myself, but others who were going through the mental and physical afflictions.

Eventually my search led me to array of energy based healing methods such as crystal healing, tuning fork therapy, and of course Reiki. After 20+ years as using these modalities in my personal practice, along with yoga and meditation, I decided it was time to share these beautiful remedial treatments with the world.
